1. Eligibility & Regulations

  • Agreement to Terms: By participating in the "Karihome 35th Anniversary: Takes you to explore New Zealand" campaign (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign"), participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions. Orient EuroPharma Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer") reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who violates these rules without prior notice.

  • Regional Restrictions: This Campaign is exclusively open to residents of Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.

  • Data Integrity: Participants must ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful. The use of a third party’s identity or data is strictly prohibited. Participants shall be held liable for any damages caused to the Organizer or third parties due to false information.

  • Accuracy of Information: Participants guarantee that all information submitted is true and correct, and that no third-party data or intellectual property rights have been misappropriated. If a winner provides incomplete or incorrect information, resulting in the inability to notify them or a failure in prize delivery, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize eligibility. The Organizer will not provide further notice or a replacement prize. In the event of any false or inaccurate information, the Company shall disqualify the winner. Participants shall be held legally liable for any damages caused to the Organizer or any third party.

  • Fair Participation & Disqualification: The Organizer reserves the right to review participation behavior for any suspected illegal or abnormal activities. This includes, but is not limited to: deliberate forgery, high-frequency entries within a short period, use of computer programs, fraud, or providing false/misappropriated data. The Organizer may modify, terminate, or suspend the participation and prize eligibility of any individual involved in such activities. We reserve the right to seek legal recourse and claim damages for any actions that disrupt this campaign.

  • Entries from companies or organizations are not permitted. Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates are ineligible to participate.

  • Disclaimer of Liability: The Organizer shall not be held legally liable for any loss, error, illegibility, or damage to the information registered by participants or winners due to causes not attributable to the Organizer that result in the invalidity of such information. Participants and winners shall not raise any objections. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the campaign.

  • Reservation of Rights: The Organizer reserves the right to expand, modify, interpret, cancel, or terminate this campaign, including its rules, prizes/gifts (including replacement with items of equivalent value), and the campaign deadline. The Organizer also retains the right of final interpretation. For any matters not covered herein, the latest information published on the official campaign website shall prevail without further notice.

  • Each mobile phone number is limited to one winning opportunity throughout the entire campaign period; Participant limit: multiple winnings are not permitted.

2. Announcement, Notification, and Prize Redemption Rules

  • Draw Date: The lucky draw will be conducted via computer randomization on June 17, 2026 (Wed).

  • Result Announcement: The winner list will be published on the official campaign website (http://35th.karihome.com.tw) on June 26, 2026 (Fri).

  • Response Deadline: Winners must respond with their redemption information and complete identity verification on or before 23:59, July 15, 2026 (Wed); otherwise, the prize will be deemed forfeited.

  • Mandatory Redemption Documents:

    • Social Media Sharing (All Winners): A screenshot of the social media post set to "Public" with the designated hashtag "#Karihome35th" must be provided. Eligibility will be forfeited if the post is not public, missing the hashtag, or if no valid proof is provided.

    • Purchase Verification (Grand to Third Prizes): Winners must provide the original Karihome purchase receipt or invoice that matches their registered information (photocopies, screenshots, or faxed copies will not be accepted). Eligibility will be forfeited if the proof of purchase is lost, shows mismatched products, or is illegible.

  • Minors: If a winner is a minor under the laws of their country of residence, they must obtain consent from a legal guardian (or parent), who shall handle the redemption process and sign relevant documents on their behalf.

    • 〈Applicable to Taiwan〉 If a winner is a minor, they must obtain consent from a legal guardian (or custodian) who shall collect the prize on their behalf. The winner must provide a photocopy of both sides of their ID card. For those without a National ID card, a copy of the Household Registration Transcript (issued within the last 3 months) must be provided, along with a photocopy of the legal guardian's (or custodian's) ID card (both sides) and a signed or sealed letter of consent from the legal guardian.

  • Prize Terms:

    • Prize Value Option: The winner of the Grand Prize (New Zealand Round-Trip Tickets) may opt for a travel gift certificate of equivalent value (NT$80,000).

    • Usage Restrictions: Prizes are complimentary and may not be exchanged for cash, discounted, transferred, or resold. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equivalent value.

  • All prizes are subject to those listed on the website. The Organizer reserves the right of final decision regarding all prizes and any disputes arising from this Campaign.

3. Authorization Statement for Personal Data Collection and Use

  • By uploading photos, the participant (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") expressly agrees to authorize the organizing company (hereinafter referred to as "Party B") to use the likeness (including photos and videos of themselves, their baby, or relevant individuals) contained in the uploaded photos for promotional purposes related to the 35th Anniversary. The terms of authorization are as follows:

    • Scope of Authorization: Party B may exercise economic rights under copyright laws, including but not limited to the reproduction, public transmission, adaptation, distribution, and display of the likeness. These may be used for marketing purposes on the official website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LINE), advertising posters, and campaign promotions. This authorization is non-exclusive and royalty-free.

    • Authorization Period: One (1) year starting from the date of upload. Upon expiration, Party B shall cease usage and delete relevant data.

    • Authorized Territory: Worldwide.

    • Other Rights: Party B may retouch the likeness or sub-license it to partners (e.g., advertising agencies), provided it is not used for purposes violating public order or good morals (e.g., pornographic or negative publicity). Party A may revoke this authorization by providing written notice to Party B; Party B must cease usage within thirty (30) days of receipt.

  • Party A confirms that consent has been obtained from all relevant individuals in the uploaded photos. Party A shall be solely responsible for any disputes arising therefrom. Party B reserves the right of final interpretation.

  • You agree that the Organizer (the Company) may contact you for purposes including providing member services, member information management, market research and surveys, health education knowledge, as well as events and promotional information. For such purposes, the Company may collect, use, store, process, and internationally transfer your personal data—including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, expected due date, and baby's date of birth—through tools such as computers, the internet, cloud-based platforms, or mobile communications. There are no restrictions on the period, territory, recipients, or methods of such utilization. The Company may also provide said personal data to: (1) affiliates, service providers, or co-marketing partners executing the aforementioned purposes; (2) competent government authorities; and (3) parties as required by laws and regulations. To achieve the above purposes, the Company may also transfer said personal data to other regions that may not provide the same level of data protection as the country where you initially provided the information. Regarding the personal data provided, you may at any time request to inquire or review, obtain a copy, supplement or correct, stop the collection, processing, and utilization, or delete the personal data provided.

  • Third-Party Cooperation: You agree that the Organizer, based on service considerations, may periodically collaborate with third-party partners and provide your personal data to such partners to facilitate the provision of additional premium services.

  • Content Submission and Intellectual Property Grant: If you do not have the legal right to authorize third parties to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, or sublicense the materials provided, please do not upload, transmit, input, or provide such materials to this website. Once any data is uploaded, transmitted, input, or provided to this website, it is deemed that you have granted this website an unconditional right to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, and sublicense such data for public or private interest purposes, to which you shall have no objection. You guarantee that the use, modification, reproduction, public broadcast, adaptation, distribution, publication, or sublicensing of such materials by this website will not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Otherwise, you shall be liable for all damages incurred by the Organizer (including but not limited to legal fees and court costs).

 4. Tax Regulations

〈Applicable to Taiwan〉

  • In accordance with the Tax Laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), if the prize value exceeds NT$1,001 (inclusive), the winner must complete a labor remuneration form and provide identification documents. For prizes valued at NT$20,000 (inclusive) or more, winners are subject to a 10% withholding tax. Non-residents of the R.O.C. (nationals or foreigners residing in the R.O.C. for less than 183 days) are subject to a 20% withholding tax on the prize value, regardless of the total amount.

〈Applicable to Singapore〉

  • In accordance with the guidelines of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) guidelines, lucky draw prizes are generally not taxable for individual winners. However, winners are responsible for any personal tax filing obligations should the prize be deemed a source of income under specific circumstances.

〈Malaysia〉

  • Under current Malaysian tax laws, lucky draw prizes for individuals are generally not subject to income tax. Winners are advised that the Organizer shall not be held liable for any personal tax obligations arising from the receipt of the prize.

〈Indonesia〉

  • In accordance with Indonesian tax regulations, lucky draw prizes are subject to a 15% Final Income Tax (PPh Pasal 4 ayat 2). Winners are required to cooperate with the Organizer to complete all necessary tax documentation. Failure to comply with tax procedures will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

5. Flight Prize Terms & Conditions

  • Scope & Validity:This prize consists of two (2) round-trip tickets from Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Singapore to Auckland, New Zealand. The tickets become valid upon prize collection, and all travel (including the return flight) must be completed by December 20, 2026 (inclusive). The prize will expire after this date.

  • Note: Both tickets must be booked together for the same itinerary and must depart from the same location. They cannot be used for separate trips.

  • Taxes & Additional Fees:The prize covers the base airfare only and does not include airport taxes, fuel surcharges, visa fees, or travel insurance for both passengers. Winners are responsible for paying these costs in cash. The final amount will be determined based on the applicable taxes and charges at the time of ticket issuance.
